First Blog Post!
My name is Tony Olbeira, I'm a senior majoring in Justice Studies at Northeastern Illinois University and health and fitness are a huge part of my life.
Although I have never blogged before, I feel as if blogs can play a key role in courses at school. They effectively allow the students and teachers to keep in contact even outside of class time as well as helping everyone to get to know each others hobbies and passions. Blogs can also be an effective tool for passing along information about current issues in the news or just topics of general interest.
